Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your role is crucial in maintaining safety while also engaging with guests and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Lifeguard, you’ll not only monitor the pool and flumes but also promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for our guests. This part-time role involves 8 hours over the weekend, which can be split between Saturday and Sunday or completed in a single full day. We also see increased hours during school holidays like half-terms, summer, and Christmas!

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor the pool area, ensuring safety during busy times.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with a fantastic team, while also being able to supervise independently.

If you’re a strong swimmer with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! A previous lifeguard qualification is a plus, but if you pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ qualification.

Butlin’s Swim Test Includes:
  • Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
  • Treading Water
  • Surface Diving
  • Climbing out of the pool unaided

Pay: £12.71 for all ages 16+
