Your Role
As a vital part of our resort, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a fun and safe environment for guests at Splash Waterworld as a lifeguard.
- Leading and supporting poolside activities to create memorable moments.
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail, prioritising safety above all.
- Cleaning accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, contributing to our guests' comfort.
About You
We’re looking for a high-spirited and fun-loving multi-tasker who enjoys learning and collaborating with a team. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course.
No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working with diverse team members and guests alike!
Swim Test Requirements
If selected, you’ll need to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
- Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
- Treading water
- Surface diving
- Climbing out of the pool unaided
