Butlin's is seeking a Facilities Compliance Manager at our Bognor Regis Resort. You will lead a team to coordinate maintenance and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

The role requires a passionate leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop the team. Candidates should have experience in facilities management or a similar field and be dedicated to enhancing guest experiences.

Shifts cover 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 8am and 10pm.
