About the role

'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and that's exactly what this role is all about. As a Team Member Plus, you won't be tied to one department. Instead, you'll work across the resort supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests. No two days are the same. You'll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of your week taking you into areas like sports & activities, restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, or the fairground. There may be times you’ll work in more than one of these areas.

Do you know we also offer apprenticeships? For this role, we have apprenticeships such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 apprenticeship and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. Should this be of interest, we would love to tell you more during the recruitment process.

About You

We're looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with others. No previous experience is needed — what matters most is your attitude, your energy, a willingness to get stuck in, and a genuine passion for making a difference to our guests.

Join us and you'll have a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and a buddy to support you as you find your feet. If you have your sights set on a career in hospitality, this role gives you brilliant hands-on experience across some of our most guest-facing areas.

If you have any of the following, we'd love to hear from you, too: FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, NCPLH personal licence qualification.

The Detail

  • Full-time role 30-35 hours per week, worked across 5 days out of 7
  • Includes evenings and weekends
  • Live-in accommodation is available if you’re relocating
