About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to join our resort team at Butlin’s during our busiest periods throughout the year.
We are currently recruiting team members to support our Peak Season breaks. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fun and fast‑paced environment while being part of a friendly team.
Following the May Half Term, and based on positive feedback and performance, there may be opportunities to continue working with us during other seasonal periods, including July to September, October and December. There may also be the possibility of all‑year‑round positions for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding experiences for guests by working across a variety of departments, ensuring high standards of service.
- Support the Quick Service and Restaurant operations during peak demand.
- Participate in all aspects of resort life, recognising that no two days are the same.
- Receive full training and ongoing development to build confidence and acquire necessary skills.
- Operate under a fixed‑term contract aligned to busy seasonal periods, with the potential for longer‑term career progression within the Butlin’s family.
- Work a seven‑day week, covering weekdays and weekends, including evenings; flexibility is essential.

Qualifications & Requirements
No previous experience is required; full training will be provided. Applicants must be able to work flexible shifts over seven days, including evenings, and show a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a friendly team.
