About The Role
Our Butlin\’s resort in Bognor Regis is recruiting for a Sports & Activities Team Member Plus to come and join us.

Working at Butlin’s in as part of our Sports & Activities team means being part of a big-hearted team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday. You will be running session for our guests from pottery painting, football, archery, mini-golf, go-karts and working in our activity booking point.
As part of your role, you will spend Mondays and Friday with our Accommodation Team cleaning guest accommodation covering kitchens, bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms preparing the accommodation on our arrival days. Typical working hours cover 35 hours per week, five days over seven.
About You
We\’re looking for someone wholikes to work as part of a team, is comfortable and confident to talk to our guests and enjoys working in a busy environment and can dial up the energy when it’s required. You should have a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude with a passion for delivering a high level of service and will always strive to exceed the guest’s expectations.
If you have previous experience in a similar activity-based work is desirable, alongside a creative and outgoing personality, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills partnered with a fundamental interest in sports coaching.
You will need to be over 18 for this role, and live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
