Description
We have an internal opportunity for a Shift Manager secondment position to work in our Sports & Activities department!
Reporting to the Sports & Activities Manager, the Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team and that team are in the right place at the right time to ensure we can manage fluctuating guest demand whilst keeping operational standards and guest experience high. Covering all aspects of go-karts, archery, football, adventure-golf, aerial adventures and booking point within the information point. There may be times that you cover Shift Manager duties in PLAYXPERIENCE at times too.
