About The Role
We’re looking for passionate people to join our Guest Services Team working on our on resort Receptions and Call Centre.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us. Looking after guests during their arrival experience in our drive through check-in booths and also problem-solving guest queries on the phone and via our in-house computerised live chat system will keep you busy every part of your shift.
You will liaise with our facilities, accommodation and wider resort teams to ensure our guests have the very best experience possible using a variety of communication methods, predominantly using our in-house systems, phone and radio.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in.
About You
A good level of administration and computer skills is required and we will give you all the training on our in-house systems you may need. If you have a warm, friendly manner and love to chat to people, we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you.
Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people.
Typical working part time hours cover 16 hours a week on Mondays and Fridays with a variety of shift patterns between 8.30am -10pm, there may be additional hours available at times.
