We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team in Bognor Regis! You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment on resort, specifically for ensuring that Butlin’s attracts, selects, and hires the right people effectively and fairly, ensuring that we recruit the very best people who are aligned with our values and behaviours.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to hired status, proactively source candidates via social media platforms and other CV databases, provide hiring managers with advice on selection methods and interview best practice and ensure candidates have all information for their first day. You will act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries from hiring managers and support managers in developing recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles. Ensuring all candidates receive an amazing experience, regardless of the outcome of their application, manage communication and promote Butlin’s employer brand at all stages.
You’ll ensure all recruitment activity complies with UK employment law, GDPR, and equality legislation and support audits and reporting requirements, including time-to-hire and diversity data. You’ll be passionate about continuous improvement of recruitment processes and policies, support wider People Team projects such as talent pipelines, careers pages, or recruitment tools and participate in employer branding, careers events or outreach activities.
You should be a passionate people-orientated person with strong experience of end-to-end recruitment across both volume and specialist roles. You should hold demonstrable experience of direct sourcing using a range of channels including LinkedIn and other CV databases with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Having excellent communication skills to support relationships with candidates and hiring managers and experience in running group recruitment events and 121 interviews would be advantageous.
You should be confident in your ability to offer guidance and advice to leaders and be a critical friend in decision making and have experience in challenging recruitment climates in sourcing hard to find talent. This permanent role is full time and resort based within the People Team Office.
