About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate person to join our Accommodation & Guest Services Team here at Butlin\’s Bognor Regis.
You will support the workings of the Accommodation department accepting linen deliveries and distributing clean linen to our Hotels & Villages on our busy check in days of Mondays and Fridays.
You will deliver any items requested by guests and liaise closely with the Guest Services team by resolving accommodation-related issues. You will use radio communication and receive jobs allocated to you by our in-house system on a handheld device for any carpet cleaning or other cleaning . This role is a very physical one that involves heavy lifting.
Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our Accommodation & Cleaning team as an accommodation porter. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need to carry out a wide variety of duties and you will need to be aged over 18 for this role.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. This role covers 40 hours per week 5 days over 7, with Mondays and Fridays as essential plus three other days. Shift patterns on Mondays and Fridays are between 12pm – midnight and on other days between 9am – 11pm.
