About The Role
We are seeking an innovative and driven Social Media Assistant with a keen interest in content creation to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a creative flair and a passion for social media marketing. You will be based in our Central London head office, working alongside our Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a creative mindset and an eye for aesthetics.
Required Skills & Experience
- High-level understanding of all social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Confident and comfortable in front of a camera.
- An artistic eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency with Canva.
- Genuine passion for social media and content creation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, but also a productive self-starter when working independently.
- Photography skills are desirable.
- Experience in copywriting.
- Eager to learn and expand your social media marketing knowledge.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate fresh, engaging ideas to enhance our brand’s social media presence and boost our following.
- Regularly create and post content for our social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Create content for ad campaigns across Google and Meta.
- Stay up to date with social media trends to optimise our user engagement.
- Monitor activity on our social media accounts, responding to comments and messages to build a community of engaged followers.
- Create and send newsletters to our email subscribers to generate sales.
- Work closely with the external team to fulfil content calendar tasks and assist with the planning, prep and execution of social media campaigns.
- Assist with TikTok Live sessions by helping set up and pack down, and moderating comments / answering customer queries during live shows.
- Photograph products in e-commerce style shots for our online store.
- Monitor and fulfil press loan requests.
- Assist the wider team with various office tasks, such as helping with order packing in busier periods.

- Work Schedule: 9:45AM – 6PM, Monday to Friday
