A dynamic and rapidly expanding organisation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Poole. This role offers a salary of up to £50,000 and requires full on-site presence. Role responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager include: Manage inventory levels and ensure high stock availability and order fulfillment, meeting key performance indicators Optimise working capital by balancing stock levels, minimising excess inventory, and implementing effective stocking strategies based on usage and customer contracts. Lead the fulfillment team to execute inventory and ordering decisions efficiently, supported by reports, strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain strong supplier relationships, organise meetings, resolve issues, and support supplier development and scoring. Provide cost, usage, and performance data to support strategic decision-making and collaborate with supply chain partners, customers, and internal divisions to strengthen service offerings.
