Are you a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with experience of NEC3 / NEC4 contracts and interested in an opportunity to work on the UK\’s largest Infrastructure Project?

This is a hybrid working position, with 2 days working from home and 3 days from your choice of site/office in London.
Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Commercial Manager, you\’ll be instrumental in the post-contract commercial delivery of major, high-value NEC civils packages.
Your responsibilities will predominantly include effective post contract commercial administration not limited to:-
Compensation events
Applications for payment
Dispute resolution
Commercial reportingThis role is assistant in name only, and it actually offers full commercial management ownership of a section of the project.
Ideal Experience
Experience with NEC3 / NEC4 contracts
Post-contract administration experience – advantageous but not essential
Prior experience with in infrastructure, rail, highways, utilities, civil engineering or similar projects types
