Butler Ross are currently supporting an excellent energy/utilities organisation in their continued expansion and development. Currently, we are looking to recruit for a Procurement Manager to cover the the whole of their Professional Services procurement (including strategy development). This position operates on a hybrid-working model, 2-days a week in their Warwick based office, (or an office near Reading, if preferred). Key Responsibilities (non-exhaustive) Leading on the development of the strategy and implementation plan for all professional services procurement to ensure the organisation is equipped to deliver on operational duties and requirements. Motivating, developing and leading a team of procurement professionals Directly drive value creation across the spend base, through a variety of means and mechanisms Reporting on spend performance to provide a holistic picture of procurement activity. Ensuring risks are anticipated, identified and mitigated to prevent any disruptions to timely procurement delivery.
