Business Manager – Site Operations Manager

Are you a strong operational leader with a passion for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering customer excellence? Butler Ross are please to be supporting our client, a global leader in environmental solutions, in their urgent recruitment of a Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a waste management site. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a high-value operation (several million pounds in revenue), lead a dedicated team, and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services to our customers.

This short-term contract role offers you the chance to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact across a range of functions including financial management, compliance, people development, and operational efficiency. We\\\’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of fleet or waste operations. You\\\’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver results and implement innovative, sustainable solutions.

While this is initially a short term contract role, there\\\’s real potential for the position to become permanent for the right individual, depending on business needs and performance. If you\\\’re seeking a dynamic and hands-on leadership role where your expertise will be highly valued, and potentially rewarded with a long-term career, we\\\’d love to hear from you.

The working arrangement for this role is on site, 5 days per week, with occasional travel to other sites or customer visits.
