Qualifications & Experience
- Strong public sector procurement knowledge.
- Proven experience managing complex procurement projects, preparing tenders, negotiating contracts.
- Detailed understanding of public procurement regulations.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience stepping up from a Senior Buyer or Senior Procurement Officer, or moving across from a Procurement Manager or Purchasing Manager role in another public procurement regulated environment.
Working Conditions
Our client offers flexible hybrid working, with the team coming together in the office once a week. Additional office time may be required on an ad‐hoc basis depending on business needs.
