A fast-growing and dynamic FMCG food business is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join its team on a permanent basis in Andover. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business.

Role responsibilities include:
- Coordinate transport planning and monitor goods in transit, liaising with suppliers and hauliers to ensure products are delivered to the correct depot on time and in full.
- Drive haulage efficiency and operational effectiveness while ensuring adherence to site capacity constraints.
- Oversee daily customs operations and support in maintaining customs compliance, documentation accuracy, and regulatory requirements.
