A well established organisation are looking for a permanent Shipping Controller to join their team in Epping. This position requires full on site presence and is offering a salary of up to Β£45,000.
Role responsibilities of the Shipping Controller include:
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, air waybills, and certificates of origin for import/export compliance.
- Coordination: Book collections with freight forwarders, carriers, and courier partners while acting as a main point of contact for shipping inquiries.
- Order Processing: Process orders, generate shipping labels, and update internal databases to reflect real-time status.
- Customer Service: Address shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies with customers, Sales, or Customer Relationship teams.
- Operational Support: Perform administrative tasks like invoice checking, inventory tracking, and updating master reporting sheets.
