Butler Ross are pleased to be recruiting a Commercial Lead, on behalf of a respected contractor, engaged on some of the UK\’s largest and most exciting projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial / Contracts, this is a great opportunity to join as Commercial Lead for their Nuclear team, managing the delivery of complex key contracts. This position will be based at their Bristol office and does operate on a hybrid working basis (3 Days in office/on-site) and is offering a salary of £65-70,000 (negotiable) and a 15% bonus. Key Responsibilities Include: Developing and maintaining the Nuclear Commercial team and its support across the company. Managing relationships with internal & external key stakeholders Subcontractor Management – including the negotiation, procurement and overall subcontractor performance Risk management – Identifying early warnings, coordinating risk reduction plans, escalations and general risk mitigation Commercial & contract management – ensuring adherence to process, effective data management, commercial optimisation and overall contract performance Ideal Experience NEC3/4 Experience Previous experience with large-scale multi-discipline contract delivery Experience with Civil-Engineering, Infrastructure, or Nuclear Projects Team-management Strong Commercial & Contract management experience Please apply via this advert, or reach out to us with any questions you may have.
