Business Manager – Site Operations Manager
33.81 per hour / 270.48 per day (umbrella company gross rate)
Are you a strong operational leader with a passion for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering customer excellence? Our client, a global leader in environmental solutions, is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a waste management site. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a high-value operation (several million pounds in revenue), lead a dedicated team, and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services to our customers.
This short-term contract role offers you the chance to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact across a range of functions including financial management, compliance, people development, and operational efficiency. We\’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of fleet or waste operations. You\’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver results and implement innovative, sustainable solutions.
