- Drive improvements in processes, systems, planning accuracy, and supplier performance.
- Manage a diverse commodity base and large multi-source supplier network in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ensure secure, cost-effective, and high-quality continuity of supply.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance, and leadership.
- Maintain a hands-on leadership style, balancing strategic priorities with operational involvement.
- Develop the team's capability, confidence, and performance, embedding best practices across the function.
Who We’re Looking For

- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable driving day-to-day operations in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to implement improvements and lead a growing team.
