As Finance Director, you'll play a key role in the financial and commercial performance of the business. Reporting directly into the CEO and senior Directors, you'll provide financial leadership, commercial insight and constructive challenge across the organisation. This is not simply a financial control role. The business is looking for a commercially minded Finance Director who wants to be close to the operation, influence decision-making and make a tangible difference. Financial leadership, reporting and control Budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis Financial governance, systems and compliance Commercial decision-making and business performance Continuous improvement across finance processes Finance team leadership and development Supporting future business growth and investment You'll lead an established finance function and have the opportunity to develop the team while working closely with senior leadership across the organisation. Influence commercial and strategic decisions Lead and develop an established finance function Improve financial visibility and business performance Support future growth and investment Drive meaningful change across finance and the wider operation Take ownership of financial performance within a complex organisation We're looking for a qualified accountant with significant senior-level commercial experience. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification ~10+ years' post-qualification experience in a commercial environment ~ Finance Director, Head of Finance or divisional finance leadership experience ~ Strong commercial and analytical capability ~ Experience across financial control, forecasting, reporting and cash management ~ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ~ Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being close to the business and using finance to drive better commercial decisions.
