Overview

Tax Advisory Partner – Top 80 Firm – National (commutable to one of six office locations).

Butler Rose Public Practice are recruiting on behalf of a Top 80 accountancy firm with multiple offices nationally. This role has been created as a result of planned retirement to lead and shape the firm’s national tax advisory function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the national tax advisory team across the firm’s six offices (London, South & North Yorkshire, and Hertfordshire).
• Drive business development initiatives to grow the fee base and deliver strategic growth.
• Maintain and strengthen key internal relationships across the firm’s partner group.
• Deliver tax solutions for both corporate and private clients, while leading on topical, market-relevant tax initiatives.
• Shape and expand the broader tax function in line with the firm’s ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• An experienced CTA qualified tax professional currently working in the capacity of partner or Director looking to take the next step up, with a proven track record in advisory and project-based work.
• Confident across both corporate and private client tax planning.
• Commercially minded, with a strong focus on business development and growth.
• A collaborative leader who thrives on building high-performing teams.
