Job Title: Site ControllerLocation: North Wales
Are you a commercially astute finance leader ready to make your mark in a global organisation? This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a high-calibre Site Controller to join a market-leading multinational with a clear succession plan.
This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about driving performance, and wants to take on a visible leadership position with real influence.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted business partner to the Divisional Leadership Team, helping shape and execute global strategy
- Leading the annual budget process, monthly forecasts, and all aspects of financial performance
- Overseeing financial consolidation, statutory compliance, and reporting requirements
- Ensuring adherence to US GAAP, SOX, and corporate governance standards
- Driving continuous improvement across financial processes, FP&A, and compliance
- Leading and supporting both internal and external audits
- Guiding the business to achieve ambitious short- and long-term objectives
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA/ACA qualified preferred)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley
- At least 10 years' controlling and accounting experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; HFM knowledge is a plus
