This is a high-profile role at the centre of finance, offering the opportunity to lead group reporting across a complex, multi-entity environment while shaping the development of sustainability and ESG disclosures.
Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of IFRS reporting, oversee audit delivery, and drive improvements across systems, controls and processes. Alongside this, you will lead and develop a small team, building a high-performing reporting function. Some of the duties will include:
- Lead delivery of group and subsidiary financial statements to audit deadlines
- Manage external audit relationships and reporting timetables
- Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations and fixed asset controls
- Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting support
- Drive process improvements and system optimisation
- Support the development of sustainability and climate reporting
About you:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent with strong IFRS reporting experience
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Technically strong with a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a multi-entity environment
- Exposure to ESG or sustainability reporting is advantageous
