This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced manufacturing professional, or a graduate with a relevant degree and experience in industry The Purpose of the role will be to take ownership of critical production processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of high-quality products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role As Process Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are controlled, compliant, efficient, and continuously improving.
Working closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, you will play a key role in process optimisation, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include: Ensuring manufacturing and chemical processes are carried out in accordance with approved methods, materials, and equipment standards.
Monitoring and reporting process performance metrics and audit results.
Championing process management and continuous improvement activities across the department.
