The Role

As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts receivable and cash collection activities, ensuring timely payments and effective risk management across the customer ledger. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve queries and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Credit Control cycle, including invoicing, cash collection, and reconciliation
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms
  • Accurately allocate incoming payments in a timely manner
  • Assess and manage customer credit risk, including setting and reviewing credit limits
  • Escalate financial risks and support decision-making on account holds and releases
  • Proactively chase overdue balances and secure payment commitments
  • Track incoming cash and contribute to short-term cash flow forecasts
