Audit and Accounts Senior Manager Peterborough / Stamford (Hybrid/ Flexible) £62,000 - £75,000 A leading Top 40 accountancy practice is looking to appoint an Audit Accounts Senior Manager to support the leadership and growth of its Peterborough and Stamford offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit and accounts professional to take on a highly influential role, managing a varied client portfolio, leading and developing teams, contributing to business strategy, and helping to modernise systems and processes.

The successful candidate will play a key part in driving the firm's continued growth while delivering an exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Role Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of audit, accounts and advisory clients across a range of industries.

Act as a trusted adviser, providing strategic guidance and high-level compliance support.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Lead, mentor and develop colleagues across the Peterborough and Stamford offices.

Allocate resources effectively to ensure high-quality, timely client delivery.

Deliver technical guidance, coaching and knowledge sharing across the team.

Monitor key performance indicators including fee growth, utilisation and recoverability.

Ensure compliance with professional standards, governance requirements and risk management procedures.

Work collaboratively with other service lines to provide joined-up client solutions.

Personal Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).

Strong post-qualification experience within an accountancy practice environment.

Extensive experience across audit, accounts and advisory services.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop teams.

Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
