Butler Rose Recruitment are proud to be supporting one of our long standing clients in the recruitment of a PA / Office Coordinator on a permanent basis. This position is to be based at their stately home surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds.
Working at the heart of an evolving business with a strong sense of heritage and purpose, you’ll be supporting the two CEOs through diary coordination, coordinating meetings, and coordinating the daily running of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Providing support to the two CEOs with professionalism and confidentiality
- Managing their diaries; coordinating meetings, appointments and arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Organising board meetings; preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and sharing action points
- Coordinating the office, maintaining records, managing supplies and general administration
This position would be ideal for an experienced PA / EA or someone with an organised, proactive nature who is ready to step into this position. Someone who would describe themselves as naturally organised, proactive and able to prioritise an ever changing workload would be ideal! You’ll receive a thorough handover and be supported by a wonderful team.
Must haves- Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
- Comfortable working in a dog-friendly office environment
Offering £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (depending upon experience), you’ll receive a fantastic benefits package including 24 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with length of service), pension scheme, enhanced life insurance, health benefits, discounts on products and passes and more!
