Job Title: Material HandlerLocation: PlymouthSalary: £23,848.50 per annumHours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm and Friday: 8:00am – 12:30pm
- Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
Butler Rose are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Material Handler to join our client in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking for stability, career progression, and the chance to develop new skills – including the opportunity to gain an FLT (Forklift Truck) licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling, moving, and storing materials safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Preparing materials for production or dispatch
- Performing regular stock checks and updating inventory systems
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse area
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting other areas of the warehouse and production as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential
- Willingness to undertake FLT training (FLT licence is desirable but not essential)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
