We are exclusively partnering with a well-established industrial supplier who are going through an exciting phase of growth to recruit a Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the purchasing and supply chain team, promoting accountability, growth, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, manage lead times, and align supply with sales requirements.
- Analyse purchasing data, supplier performance, and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, systems, and controls.
Requirements:
- Experienced in procurement or supply chain leadership (5+ years), ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Commercially astute, analytical, and data-driven in your decision-making.
