Looking for your next role and available to start straight away? We're working with a fantastic local business that needs an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team immediately on a 3 to 6 month temporary contract.
This is a great opportunity to secure work quickly with a supportive team, but we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with payment runs
- Managing supplier queries
- Supporting month-end processes
- General finance administration and maintaining accurate records
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
- Available to start immediately or within a few days
- Able to work confidently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Local to Lancaster and able to work on-site five days a week
