About the Role This role will play a vital role in delivering outstanding Employee Relations & Human Resources support across the global business. Whilst driving recruitment and employee wellbeing including grievances, disciplinaries, and process improvement, you will be a trusted advisor to employees and managers alike. Key Responsibilities As a HR generalist on site, you’ll be responsible for: HR Support : Providing advice and assistance on routine HR matters, policy queries, and self-service guidance for the HRIS system. Recruitment and Onboarding : Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to interviews, and supporting new employee onboarding, including paperwork, checks, contracts and inductions.
