Job Description

I have been appointed to recruit a Group Finance Director for a growing business who are a specialist in their field and who constantly look to improve what they do.

Responsibilities will include

  • Overseeing all areas of financial reporting, analysis, and risk management
  • Tracking and forecasting cash flow and working capital requirements
  • Conducting investment evaluations and developing pricing models
  • Leading the Group's statutory reporting process from planning through to completion
  • Managing internal financial reporting at a senior level
  • Delivering ad hoc reports and managing special financial projects as needed
  • Taking ownership of the budgeting process and leading ongoing forecasting activities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for HMRC, banks, auditors, accountants, and financial advisors
  • Identifying and driving initiatives to enhance profitability, working capital efficiency, and overall financial performance

The successful candidate will need to be a fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), with excellent communication skills and previous experience gained in a finance leadership position as a Financial Controller or Finance Director. You will need to be able to cope under pressure and to tight timescales.
