Butler Rose is recruiting exclusively for a Financial Controller to join a successful and growing owner managed business. Are you a strategic thinker who loves rolling up your sleeves? My client is looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join the leadership team and take full ownership of the finance function. You'll be instrumental in shaping the business future - managing cashflow, supporting key decisions, and driving the financial strategy. This is a position where you will be able to make an impact and where your voice will be heard.
What you'll be doing:
- Full ownership of company accounts and cashflow management
- Monthly/annual reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
- Business partnering various stakeholders
- Leading month-end close, liaising with auditors, and supporting costing/pricing
- Maximising the use of the ERP system and streamlining financial processes
What we're looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience in a growing SME and ready for the next career step
- Strong leadership, communication and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
