Butler Rose is partnering with our large Facilities Management client based in London to recruit a Finance Analyst/Administrator to support the Finance Business Partner.
This is a temporary role for minimum three months, offering hybrid working and paying up to £17 per hour PAYE.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
This role will be supporting the Finance Business Partner with WIP analysis, data quality assurance, reactive application files, and tracker creation for the National Grid contract.
Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.
The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate WIP data and validate for monthly processes.
- Update and support Reactive Application Files, working with the offshore data team.
- Create and manage trackers, cleanse data, and support reporting needs.
Essential Skills
- Advanced Excel (data manipulation, lookups, formulas).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
