Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting an award-winning firm in their search for a Qualified Audit & Accounts Senior. In this role, you will work closely with Managers, Partners, and clients across a diverse portfolio of audit engagements. Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting accounts preparation and corporation tax assignments, offering a well-rounded and varied workload.
Role Requirements:
- Taking the lead on large company, groups and SME audits, including managing the audit team and being primary contact for clients.
- Attending client sites as required for audit engagements, planning and completion meetings.
- Preparation of accounts and corporation tax computations, direct to managers or partners.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties developing these relationships.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met, compliance is adhered to, and clients are kept informed.
- Supervise and develop trainees as well as support junior members of the team.
- To provide career development mentor responsibilities to junior members of the team e.g., graduate students to assist in all round development.
- Attending networking and business development opportunities.
- Encourage equality and diversity amongst teams.
