We're working with a well-established, global brand based near Topsham who are looking to bring an experienced Bookkeeper into their wider team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied, hands-on role within a performing business.

The role: You'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, working closely with the business owners to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing purchase and sales ledger
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing payroll
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Supporting with monthly management information
  • Liaising with external accountants and internal stakeholders

About you:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience (ideally to trial balance)
  • AAT qualified or qualified by experience
  • Confident using accounting software (Sage, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
