Job Description Management Accountant Full-time. Office based. We are supporting a client in Okehampton with the recruitment of a Management Accountant. The organisation is entering an exciting phase of investment, refurbishment, and growth, creating an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to make a real impact within a dynamic and evolving environment. As Management Accountant, you will play a key role within the on-site finance team, supporting the delivery of accurate financial reporting, business planning, and operational decision-making. You will work closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business, helping to drive financial performance and support future growth plans. Preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts, including commentary Accruals, prepayments, journals, and balance sheet reconciliations Weekly supplier payment runs and bank reconciliations Completing monthly payroll reconciliations Monitoring cash flow, budgets, and forecasts Producing ad hoc financial analysis and reports to support decision-making Previous experience working as a Management Accountant desirable AAT Level 4 qualified or equivalent Confident presenting financial information to a variety of audiences Competent user of Excel This vacancy is available immediately, and applications will be reviewed as suitable candidates are identified.
