Job Description
Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a commercially focused FP&A Analyst for a growing Exeter based business. The role will support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial planning, reporting and analysis. This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior leadership to drive performance, improve reporting capabilities and support future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Support workforce planning and resource analysis.
- Develop reporting tools, dashboards and financial models.
- Drive finance process improvements and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful commercial insights.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Previous FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis experience.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query or reporting tools would be advantageous.
