Role Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse client portfolio including SMEs, large corporates, and multinational groups.
- Oversee and review corporate tax compliance work, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Deliver high-level tax advisory services including international structuring, M&A, group reorganisations, R&D claims, and more.
- Be the go-to trusted advisor for clients, spotting opportunities to add value and deepen relationships.
- Mentor and lead a talented team, providing technical guidance, performance support, and training.
- Stay ahead of the curve on legislative changes and lead knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Collaborate with partners on strategic business development, pitch proposals, and client growth initiatives.
Personal Requirements
- CTA or ACA qualified with relevant tax experience.
- Experience in corporate tax, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide strategic advice on complex tax matters.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and deliver added-value services.
