An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organisation in Burnley. As the business enters its next stage of expansion, significant investment is being made across the finance function. Reporting to the Group Finance Director and working closely with the CFO, you will take ownership of the finance function. This is a broad, commercially focused role where you'll have the opportunity to improve financial reporting, strengthen controls, drive efficiencies and provide valuable insight to the operational leadership team, with excellent progression and development opportunities.
You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day finance activities of the division, ensuring high-quality reporting, effective controls and strong financial support to the wider business. Operating within a fast-moving, sales-focused environment, you'll combine strong technical finance skills with a commercial mindset. You'll work closely with senior operational stakeholders, challenge where appropriate and use financial information to help shape business decisions.
