Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting one of our clients who has an opportunity for a Corporate & Transactions Tax Director. Working closely with the Corporate Tax Partner, this is a senior, technically focused role where you will lead the delivery of complex corporate tax advisory projects while also overseeing high-level compliance work for some of the firm's largest and most complex clients. The role is primarily advisory focused and will involve providing clear, commercially focused tax advice across a broad range of corporate matters.
Role Requirements:
- Leading complex corporate tax advisory projects and providing high-quality technical advice to clients.
- Reviewing and signing off corporation tax returns for large or complex clients.
- Acting as a recognised technical expert within the firm across key corporate tax workstreams.
- Supporting clients with large corporate and international tax considerations, including cross-border matters.
- Managing client relationships and acting as the key point of contact on advisory projects.
- Liaising with HMRC, clients and third parties as required.
- Supporting quality control, process improvement and risk management across the team.
