Audit & Accounts Manager – Top 20 firm Central London / Hybrid Up to £70,000 Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a highly prominent, award winning, and internationally renowned Top 20 firm of accountants that are eager to recruit an Audit & Accounts Manager. Role Requirements – * Manage audits from planning to completion * Mentor new trainees and support them with their learning and development * Manage work planning and ensure delivery of services in agreed timeframe * Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are planned into our workflows * Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth * Assist with target setting and budgeting * Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients * Confident in networking to promote the Firm * Overseeing the audit team and championing the Firm’s values within the team * Provide professional client-facing communication skills * Provide technical support to the Team * Set an example for the team as a natural leader Person Responsibilities – * Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with practice experience * Must have 3 +years post qualification experience * Up to date in CPE and recent developments in accounting standards * Experience of OMBs covering a range of industries * Computer packages – Excel, Word, Sage, Caseware and tax software This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join this outstanding accounting firm of c…
