Assistant Finance Manager | Port-Solent | £25K to £35K Office based offering flexible working hours to accommodate school runs or other commitments. We are considering both Full time and Part Time working patterns for this role. Butler Rose is delighted to be partnering with a well-established maritime company involved in sales of luxury leisure watercraft. With the business growing at a good rate across both the UK and Spain, we\’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Finance Manager to join the team. You\’ll be working with a friendly and hardworking team and will be involved in a broad range of finance tasks. Working alongside the Finance Manager and other team members, you will assist in analysing financial records to look for errors and discrepancies. Together you will help develop and improve an efficient workflow process. THE KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE ARE: Day-to day bookkeeping including bank and credit card (multiple currency) reconciliations, customer / supplier statement reconciliations, payroll journals and posting accounting adjustments/journals. Knowledge in handling monthly intercompany reconciliation with subsidiary companies, head office and other associate companies.
