Butler Rose Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a well-established business in Lancaster. Supporting two Sales Account Managers, your role will be to support the sales function through accurately processing orders, liaising with the warehouse to update on order status and delivering updates to customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and entering sales orders onto the company's system
- Taking incoming phone calls and updating customers on the progress of their orders
- Tracking deliveries and processing any credits or returns
- Liaising with the sales account managers to keep them updated on order progress, pricing updates or stocking issues
This position would be ideal for someone who would describe themselves as organised with excellent time management skills. The successful applicant will be confident in using Microsoft Office and be comfortable in speaking with customers over the phone.
