The Opportunity: Senior Accountant Role

Step into a role where you'll begin to own your own portfolio, supported by an experienced management team that's invested in your success. You'll play a pivotal part in delivering client solutions, hitting revenue and profitability targets, and forging strong, enduring relationships.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Prepare complex annual statutory accounts while starting to offer insightful advice and recommendations for partner review
• Provide top-notch accounting support to your diverse SME clients
• Mentor junior team members, guiding their development and answering day-to-day queries
• Balance working independently and collaborating within a supportive team
• Manage your chargeable time and budgets with precision and care
• Keep communication flowing smoothly with clients, colleagues, and managers
• Take ownership of the fee process from start to finish

Who We're Looking For?

• Newly qualified ACA, ACCA, CA (or equivalent) professionals, ready to take the next step
• Proven experience in a similar senior accounting role
• Someone eager to continue growing, with mentorship available to develop your client management and leadership skills
