This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a client portfolio, lead and develop a team, and play a key part in driving business growth and client excellence. Role Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Review accounts and supporting files to ensure compliance with UK regulations and internal standards. Provide proactive business advice and identify opportunities to add value to clients. Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members to drive performance. Improve efficiency and profitability through best practice and use of technology. Support wider business planning and contribute to revenue growth initiatives. Take ownership of client service delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Personal Requirements ACA or ACCA qualified with a background in accountancy practice.
