An established and fast-growing accountancy firm is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join its Cambridge office. This is a client-facing role suited to a technically strong accountant who enjoys managing a diverse portfolio, building long-term relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members. Role Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate and private clients across a range of sectors.
  • Act as the main point of contact, providing proactive and high-quality advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, directors, and internal teams.
  • Review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations, ensuring UK GAAP compliance.
  • Review self-assessment tax returns and liaise with tax specialists where needed.
  • Oversee workflow and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coach, mentor, and review the work of junior and semi-senior staff.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and cross-sell additional services.

Personal Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
