Butler Rose Ltd, located on the outskirts of Lancaster, is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to own and develop the warehouse, distribution, inventory and logistics performance. You will lead hands-on while driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety, service and cost targets are met.
You will develop people, optimize layouts, manage WMS and ERP integration, maintain stock accuracy, and nurture relationships with 3PLs and carriers as the business grows.
